Enjoying the Yonago Gaina Festival
Lantern balancing, taiko drums and fireworks brighten Yonago's summer. This guide helps you choose between city-centre festivities and the fireworks venue, plan where to watch and prepare your journey home.
Events for your travel dateChoose lanterns and drums or fireworks
City-centre events such as Gaina Manto lantern balancing and taiko performances have different venues and start times from the Gaina fireworks display. Choose programmes using that year's official guide; do not assume everything can be seen from one spot.
