通常9:00〜17:00、入館は閉館1時間前まで。7月20日〜8月31日は本館18:00まで、ペンギン館・別館は17:50まで。火曜休館（祝日は翌日）、春休み・GW・夏休み・年末年始は開館。休館日は公式カレンダーを確認。シロイルカパフォーマンスは2026年8月28日から当面休止、プールでの観覧は可能。

Sights
Distinguish performances from pool viewing
Beluga performances have been suspended until further notice since August 28, 2026. Belugas can still be viewed in the main building and annex pools.
