Tsutenkyo is a natural rock arch on the Kuniga Coast of Nishinoshima. Its bridge-like shape, carved by the sea, is a striking place to experience the scale of Oki’s natural scenery.

Tsutenkyo is one of the Kuniga Coast’s best-known rock formations. Enjoy it with the surrounding scenery and allow time for the return walk if using the paths.
Getting here
The official website has information on driving and buses from Beppu Port on Nishinoshima. There is a walking section beyond the car park.
