霊峰大山の山腹・標高約900mに鎮座。境内・参道は常時開放・参拝無料。大山寺参道入口の博労座駐車場から自然石敷きの参道を徒歩約20分。冬季は積雪・凍結注意。

Ogamiyama Shrine Okunomiya is reached along a natural-stone approach beyond Daisenji Temple. It is separate from the main shrine in Yonago, so check that your route leads to Okunomiya.
