Tottori and Yonago to Hokuei

Your destination is Yura Station (Conan Station)

From Tottori, check San'in Line trains towards Kurayoshi; from Yonago, check trains towards Tottori. Confirm that your train stops at Yura and whether a change is needed. A limited express may not take you directly to Yura. The museum's guide gives about 10 minutes from Kurayoshi and about one hour from Yonago.

Allow time to walk from the station

Conan Street runs about 1.4 km from Yura Station to the current museum, roughly a 20-minute walk. Add time for Beika Shopping Street and photos. In rain or heat, choose a shorter section and remember the walk back to the station.

Check the current museum's closure and new museum information

The current Gosho Aoyama Manga Factory will close on 11 January 2027, with the new museum scheduled to open in spring 2027. Plan town walks separately from admission, and check official opening, ticket and relocation information for your visit date. Do not assume the new museum's opening date or transport from the current arrangements.

Plan for luggage and your return train

The station tourist information office and other locations provide information on luggage storage and bicycle hire. Check charges, opening hours and return locations, and stay within a range that lets you return before closing. Look up your return train first, then allow for admission queues and shopping.
